A heat wave didn’t hold back 55 people from participating in an event held by the City on the evening of June 25 to launch three planning projects: the Plan of Conservation & Development (POCD), the Downtown Municipal Development Plan, and the Zoning Code Update. The event represents the first of several opportunities for West Haven residents and other community members to provide input on the City as a whole, on Downtown, and on the zoning code.
