Several months ago, more than 80 people participated in the City Visioning Workshop (click here for the summary), the first of two public workshops for the process of creating a new citywide plan, the Plan of Conservation & Development (POCD). Since then, the planning consultants and the POCD Steering Committee have been discussing priority areas and topics and developing goals and strategies that may become part of the plan. Come to the City Goals & Strategies Workshop to be a part of this discussion.

June 23 City Visioning Workshop

What is your vision for the future of West Haven? Come share and discuss your thoughts and ideas at the City Visioning Workshop on Thursday, June 23 at 6:30 p.m. at the First Congregational Church of West Haven, 1 Church Street. The workshop will guide residents and other stakeholders through the process of envisioning West Haven’s future for the next 10 years, a key step in the city’s effort to create a new Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD).
